Returns: What to do if something goes wrong
Returns? It happens sometimes – yes, even with a carefully crafted Sonia Thérèse product.
I believe in providing you with the best possible customer service, so if you feel that there is any failure of your product due to a fault, please let me know immediately so that we can find a solution.
I do accept returns for regular orders if they are posted back within 14 days of the item being received by you, no questions asked, provided that it is returned to me in original condition. It would be great if you could contact me to tell me that you will be sending something back. Any refunds are issued following the successful return of an item.
If the item is found to be faulty, I will also reimburse you for the return postage.
If your items has been customized in any way or has been sized specifically for you (for example, rings) I am unable to offer a refund for a change of mind but I will work with you to find a solution.
