With the situation that we find ourselves in with the global pandemic response, all shipping for the forseeable future MUST be contactless. What does that mean for you and receiving your order?
It's simple really. I have moved to sending your order out with a courier service. All parcels will be sent via courier within New Zealand and you will receive automatic updates on the status of your order, so please ensure that your email address is correct and check your spam folders for communications.
International shipping costs have dramatically increased unfortunately. Current estimates for shipping are for NON-TRACKED services only. I do recommend that you contact me directly if you require a tracked or courier service and I can provide you with price estimates.
Return shipping is your responsibility and I do recommend using a tracked service. If your return is confirmed as a faulty product I will reimburse you for all your shipping costs.
