SHIPPING
All orders are sent by courier, nationwide. I don’t offer economy or untracked shipping, courier gives both of us peace of mind that your piece arrives safely and on time.
Shipping costs
- $10 for standard courier delivery, nationwide
- $15 for rural delivery
Shipping costs are fixed and calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. I’m not able to offer discounted or free shipping outside of these rates.
Delivery timeframes
Your piece will be made and ready for dispatch within 48 hours of your order being placed. If there’s ever a delay, I’ll be in touch to keep you updated.
Once dispatched, courier delivery is typically overnight to main centres on business days. Please allow up to an extra 3 days for rural delivery, locations outside main centres, and around public holidays or weekends.
Once your order leaves us
Once your order has been dispatched and is in the courier’s hands, responsibility for its delivery sits with the courier company. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please let me know and I’ll do everything I can to help you track it down and liaise with the courier on your behalf. However, once an item has left us, we’re not able to take responsibility for issues arising during transit that are outside our control.
International orders
I have shipped internationally in the past, but international delivery has become increasingly expensive and unreliable. If you’re overseas and would like to purchase a piece, please get in touch with me directly so I can work out an accurate shipping cost and delivery timeframe for your specific location.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If your item is found to be faulty, this cost will be refunded to you. Please see my Returns & Repairs policy for full details.
