I understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. If this applies to you, please contact me within 10 working days of receiving your jewellery together with your reason for returning the item.
To be eligible for a return I ask that your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and it must also be in it's original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
All taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand will be your responsibility.
Please note, jewellery that has been customised in any way (for example, has a personalised message, name or alteration added to it, will NOT be accepted for a return.
I also ask that you understand that your jewellery is made to order, individually and by hand. This means that there will be variations and slight differences in YOUR piece compared to those pictured on this website and elsewhere. This is a FEATURE of the jewellery, and not a fault and will not be considered as a reason for return.
FAULTS AND REPAIRS
If you experience a fault with your piece of jewellery please contact me directly on email@example.com to discuss the options. I will work with you to determine the cause of the fault and endeavour to repair it as a first option. If the item cannot be repaired, I will look to replace it and only refund if other options have been exhausted.
Please note, faulty jewellery is determined as a failure of the function of the piece under regular and expected use. This does not include exceptional wear and tear, or if the piece has been exposed to undue stress, chemicals or other out-of-the-ordinary conditions. I will work WITH you to determine the nature of the problem with your jewellery because ultimately I want you to be a proud owner and wearer of these treasures!!
I offer a free resize of any ring purchased (unless otherwise stated on the original listing - some rings simply cannot be resized, unfortunately). It is YOUR responsibility to determine your ring size accurately, and I will work with you to help get an accurate sizing as much as I can.
But I understand that sometimes errors happen, and I will resize your ring for you for free once after purchase. All you have to do is determine the correct size you require and return the ring to me.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will contact you directly to discuss your refund. Typically a refund is issued electronically via the website payment gateway directly back to the original payment method (paypal, stripe etc).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty and an exchange or repair is not possible
If you have received an item as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or an exchange can be made. I do not refund gift purchases and proof of purchase will be required (I can help you with this in many circumstances).
